Founded in 1999, AdMonsters is the only professional association dedicated exclusively to online advertising operations and technology.

By maintaining our exclusive focus on ad operations, AdMonsters provides a much richer forum than broad industry trade shows. AdMonsters participants are all direct peers, and we focus on specific, technical, actionable topics such as ad serving and related technologies, rich media, video advertising, the trafficking process, workflow optimization, inventory and yield management, advertising product development, best practices in policies and procedures, and industry standards. AdMonsters is about real conversations, real learning, and real best practices — participants come away with immediately actionable solutions that provide real value.

AdMonsters provides a unique forum for peers in the field to communicate, collaborate, and identify best practices. We focus primarily on topics such as ad serving and related technologies, ad production, inventory and yield management, advertising products, policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Publisher Forum conferences

AdMonsters began in 1999 as a forum dedicated to ad operations and technology in online publishing, and our Publisher Forum remains true to that original vision. Now held twice a year in both the U.S. and Europe, AdMonsters Publisher Forum Conferences are our flagship events, bringing together leaders in ad operations and technology from major online publishers for three days of hands-on best practices and networking amongst a group of 100% true peers.

Leadership Forum conferences

Introduced in 2006, AdMonsters Leadership Forum, previously known as "Agency Day", began as an effort to use the AdMonsters model to bring together ad operations staff from online publishers with their counterparts at online agencies. As the event evolved, it became clear that this could, and should, become a forum for all senior leaders in online ad operations across the industry, including publishers, agencies, networks, and technology and services companies that have an operations group. AdMonsters Leadership Forum conferences are held twice a year in the U.S., and once a year in London.

Executive Summit conferences

Introduced in 2007, AdMonsters Executive Summit Conferences are designed to provide an AdMonsters-style forum exclusively for the most senior leaders in online publisher ad operations – the emerging VP's and SVP's of Ad Operations.

AdMonsters Members' Dinners

Our AdMonsters Members' Dinners are designed as informal events for current and prospective members, local staff, and others interested in online ad operations and the AdMonsters community. Members' Dinners are held frequently in locations across North America and Europe.

Ad Operations Training

Introduced in 2006, our Ad Operations Training program is the only formal training cirriculum specifically designed to meet the needs of the online advertising operations and technology field. Developed and led by leaders in the field working with AdMonsters staff, our courses offer hands-on, technical training both for those entering the field and for seasoned professionals seeking to further their career development.

Ad Operations Job Board

Our Ad Operations Job Board is the only job listings service exclusively dedicated to online advertising operations and technology. Most job boards don't even offer "Ad Operations" as a category; our job listings are focused entirely on this very specific field.
