Peter Naylor to deliver keynote at AdMonsters Publisher Forum XX

Peter Naylor, Senior Vice President, Digital Media Sales, NBC Universal, will deliver the keynote address at our 20th US Publisher Forum on March 9, 2009, in New Orleans, LA.  He will speak about challenges and opportunities in online advertising for operations teams during a time of change.

As senior Vice President of Digital Media Sales for NBC Universal, Peter Naylor drives advertising sales for all of NBC Universal’s digital properties and works with his ad operations team to maximize revenue. Peter’s keynote will provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities that exist in our ever changing marketplace and how he looks to ad operations to contribute by not only executing efficiently but by executing strategically. Ad Ops 206: Inventory Management & Forecasting Launches Dec 12, 2008 in New York City

It’s been in the making for quite some time and we are please to announce the launch of this much anticipated training course, Inventory Management & Forecasting.

As we all know, inventory management is one of the most complex areas of ad operations. This class will aid ad operations professionals to manage and forecast inventory with much greater efficiency by aiming to replace the fear factors and confusion surrounding inventory management with growing confidence and insight instead.

Starting with the basics of what is Inventory and why is inventory management important; the session will go on to cover overselling, underselling, ad unit currency, manual systems vs. automated, inventory rules, ownership, data levels and combinations, impact of rich media on inventory, frequency capping, queries, reporting, forecasting, as well as in-house advertising, remnant inventory, sell through and yield analysis.
